The holiday home is covered in stone, has a comfortable veranda overlooking the garden where you can eat outside and an outdoor shower to cool off when you return from the sea!

The holiday home can accommodate 6 people and possibly, in addition, a child. It is ideal for two families, 3 couples, a group of friends. The distribution of the beds allows for different possible arrangements for the guests of the house in compliance with its capacities ….

The holiday home is on 2 levels and has 3 independent entrances.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen living room, equipped with fridge, sink and microwave.
In the living room-kitchen there is a daybed.

On the ground floor, overlooking the sea and the garden, there is a panoramic double bedroom with private bathroom and direct access to the garden.

Upstairs two other double bedrooms, one of which with private bathroom.
Upstairs there is also a relaxation corner, equipped with a daybed which, if necessary, can become a place for a guest!



Among the amenities there is a washing machine, wifi, air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, a fireplace, an outdoor barbecue in the large fireplace.

The house has its own reserved and free parking space, included in the price.
Rates include overnight stays, consumption of water, electricity, wifi, parking space, air conditioning. Equipment for children, cot and high chair, are available on request.
The price of final cleaning includes the weekly supply of household linen (for bed, bathroom and kitchen), with home delivery and collection, and a Starter Kit for household cleaning (tools and detergents).
If you would like to organize a trip with a group of friends or a large family, other similar units of different types and capacities are available in the same structure!
