In Chia, in southern Sardinia, a small group of well-kept and comfortable holiday homes are nestled in a green area with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea behind the dune beaches!

Our homes are located a short distance from the sea (about 1.3 km), but also close to shops, the nightlife in the Piazzetta, and the grass soccer field.
Our guests also have a special agreement with the Nautical Club (during the summer) right on the dune beach, where you will receive discounts on meals and the boutique!
They are the ideal starting point for exploring the most beautiful beaches and seas in Italy, just a few minutes' drive away.

The apartment boasts breathtaking views and can comfortably accommodate three adults and a child under 12.
It's perfect for a family with a child and an accompanying adult, three friends, or a couple.
We offer a variety of accommodation options thanks to our beds, which can be separated upon request.

Inside, you'll find a triple bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room/kitchen that opens onto a veranda and garden overlooking the sea and Chia's natural surroundings.

The bedrooms are romantically furnished, with simple, linear lines that create an atmosphere of intimacy and tradition.
The bathroom is meticulously designed, decorated in the colors of the sea with a masonry and stone shower, handmade with natural Sardinian stone by our artisans!
The house also offers a garden where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic view of Chia's beaches.

Amenities include a reserved parking space, air conditioning throughout, an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and microwave in the living room/kitchen, and a washing machine in the bathroom. Upon request, we can provide baby equipment such as a crib and high chair.

Rates include accommodation, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Final cleaning includes a weekly supply of linens with home delivery and pickup, along with a cleaning starter kit.

Even a parking space just a few meters from the house is included in the price!
