The furnishings have been organized following the theme of the colors of nature as a leitmotif, which inspires the choice of materials, such as wood and stone, but also the contrasts between the brown of the vegetation and the bright white of the Mediterranean houses. The reference to the Sardinian craftsmanship tradition is always present, albeit interpreted in a contemporary key.

The house, brand new, is divided on two levels, by an external ramp in order to create two separate areas (for example a guest area). The two areas of the house have direct access to the house from street level in order to avoid stairs inside the house. Each level has its own direct access.

The west part on the garden and pool level consists of three bedrooms with double beds (which can also be arranged as singles) 2 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen where there is a large sofa which, if necessary, can accommodate 2 more people .

The east level consists of a large living room with a cellar area for aperitifs and snacks, with a fireplace and a large central daybed.

A large bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, a games room with two sofa/beds, also with a bathroom and large shower.

The house has its own parking space in a private garage and a laundry room.

It is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi. Equipment for children, cot and high chair are available on request.

A super welcome is always organized for guests, from the moment of arrival until departure, ensuring that they are looked after and pampered throughout their stay!
