Case Belvedere, Chia Vacation Home "18 di mare", boasting a terrace with an endless panoramic view of the sea and dunes, nestled in greenery, overlooking the entire coast of Chia, from the Tower to the Dune beaches!

The house's location is secluded and offers a superb panoramic view, yet provides easy access to the countless marvelous beaches of Chia, approximately 1.4 km away.

Considering that this stretch of coast boasts some of Italy's most beautiful beaches and seas, in just a few minutes by car, you can reach beaches and coves, discovering a different one every day!

The house can accommodate 3 people and, optionally, an additional child. It is ideal for a family with 1 or 2 children, a couple, or 2-3 friends.

Arranged on one level, the house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a large stone shower, a kitchen-living room with 2 day beds, and a large covered veranda with panoramic views, equipped for outdoor dining, facing the magnificent scenery of Chia's sea!
Next to the veranda is a stone shower to cool off upon returning from the beach!

The bed arrangement allows for various configurations for the house's guests, respecting its capacities.

If you want to spend your holidays in a group with other friends, there are similar apartments in our complex!

The house has its parking space and direct access and is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, microwave, Wi-Fi 4G, and a safe, also for a 15-inch laptop. Baby equipment such as a crib and high chair is available upon request.

Rates include accommodation, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, parking, and air conditioning.
The final cleaning fee includes the weekly supply of linen for the house (bed, bath, and kitchen), with home delivery and pickup, and a starter kit for house cleaning (equipment and detergents).

During the summer, the house has a special agreement with the Club Nautico, a cozy restaurant located near the Dune beach, offering special discounts on meals and at the boutique!
