In Chia, on the stunning southern coast of Sardinia, there is a small group of well-kept and comfortable holiday homes, nestled in greenery and offering spectacular views of the sea and Chia Tower!

The houses are close to the sea (about 1.4 km, a few minutes by car), but also near the commercial services area of shops, and the nighttime entertainment of the Piazzetta. Additionally, the Club Nautico, a welcoming outdoor restaurant at the Dunes beach, offers special discounts to guests of the house on meals and purchases at the boutique.

Within a few minutes by car, you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Chia and the southern coast of Sardinia!

The house can accommodate 3 people and optionally, one child.

The house is on two levels: on the ground floor, there is the living area with sea view and a day-bed, on the upper floor, a bedroom, a sleeping area on the loft overlooking the living area, and the bathroom. The bathroom is a true gem with the colors of the sea and a shower made of stone, glass, and stone.

In front, there is a super panoramic veranda equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, an outdoor shower to cool off upon returning from the sea, and a large garden that opens onto a magnificent view of the tower and sea of Chia.

Ideal for a family with a child, a couple, a small group of friends. The bed arrangement allows for various configurations for the guests of the house, respecting its capacities. The rooms are simple and linear, based on Mediterranean white, interrupted by some details in the warm and bright colors of yellow and red. The bathroom is a true gem with the colors of the sea and a shower made of stone, glass, and stone.

The living area conveys a sense of comfort and practicality, furnished in a minimalist style with nods to the clean lines of Sardinian craftsmanship, mixed with pieces of interior and floral design inspired by nature. The house overlooks the garden where you can relax, enjoying the panoramic view of the beaches and the tower of Chia.

The house has its own parking space and direct access, is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, microwave, 4G Wi-Fi, safe also for a 15-inch laptop. Baby equipment such as a cot and high chair are available on request.

Rates include accommodation, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, parking, and air conditioning. The final cleaning fee includes the weekly supply of bed linen (bed, bath, and kitchen), with home delivery and pickup, as well as a starter kit for house cleaning (equipment and detergents).
