In Chia, Southern Sardinia, a small group of curated and comfortable vacation homes awaits you, nestled in a green area with a super panoramic view stretching from Chia Tower to the sandy beaches by the sea!
Our homes are perfectly positioned, just a short distance from the sea (approximately 1.3 km), but also close to commercial services, shops, evening entertainment in the Piazzetta, and the grass football field. They are facing the sea and the horse racing track where our thoroughbred horses train...!
For our guests, a special agreement with the Club Nautico right on the dune beach where you will get discounts on meals and boutique items!
They are the perfect starting point to explore the most beautiful beaches and seas in Italy, reachable in just a few minutes by car.

The apartment is super panoramic and can comfortably accommodate 3 adults and possibly one child under 12 years old. It's perfect for a family with a child and a guardian, three friends, or a couple.
We offer various accommodation options thanks to our beds that can be separated upon request.

Inside, you'll find a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a cozy mezzanine, all made of wood with a queen-sized bed. The living-kitchen area opens onto a veranda and a mini garden with views of the sea and the nature of Chia.
The rooms are romantically furnished, with simple and linear lines creating an atmosphere of intimacy and tradition.
The bathroom is designed, decorated in sea colors with a stone masonry shower, handmade with natural stones from Sardinia by our craftsmen!

The house also features a small garden where you can relax while enjoying the panoramic view of the beaches and Chia Tower and a backyard courtyard, perfect for hanging laundry.
Among the amenities offered are a reserved parking space, air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, a microwave oven, 4G Wi-Fi, and a safe for laptops up to 15 inches. Upon request, we provide baby equipment such as a crib and high chair.
Rates include accommodation, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Final cleaning includes a weekly supply of household linen with home delivery and pick-up, along with a Starter Kit for house cleaning.
Even the parking space a few meters from the house is included in the price!
