The holiday homes are close to the sea (about 1.5 km, a few minutes by car), but also to the commercial services area of ​​the shops, the nightly shows in the Piazzetta and the grass soccer field.
If you think that the most beautiful beaches and the most beautiful seas in Italy are found in this stretch of coast, you can imagine that in a few minutes by car you will reach beaches and coves, discovering a different one every day!!!


The houses are called bilo-superior because the house is distributed in two areas connected by a few steps which create a particular architectural effect in the configuration of the space!
It consists of a bedroom, a mezzanine overlooking the living room, a bathroom and a kitchen/living room, with a daybed.
On the front, a super-panoramic veranda equipped with table and chair for outdoor dining, with an external shower for cooling off when returning from the sea, while on the back, there is a small courtyard, very convenient for hanging out the laundry.

The house can accommodate three guests. It is ideal for a family with a child, a couple, 2 or 3 friends.
The arrangement of the beds in the house offers different possibilities of arrangement.

The rooms are essential, with simple and linear lines, based on Mediterranean white, interrupted by some details with the warm and bright colors of yellow and red. The bathroom is a real gem with the colors of the sea and the masonry, crystal and stone shower...

The living area conveys an idea of ​​comfort and practicality, furnished in an essential way, with references to the clean lines of Sardinian craftsmanship mixed with home and floral design pieces inspired by nature.
The openings on the facade, which give access to the house, overlook the garden where it is possible to relax, enjoying the panoramic view of the beaches and the tower of Chia.
The distribution of the house allows different combinations for the arrangement of the beds.


The house has its own parking space and direct access, is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, microwave oven, 4G wifi, safe also for 15'' laptops.
Equipment for children, cot and high chair are available on request.

Rates include overnight stays, consumption of water, electricity, wifi, parking space, air conditioning.
The price of final cleaning includes the weekly supply of household linen (for bed, bathroom and kitchen), with home delivery and collection, and a Starter Kit for household cleaning (tools and detergents).
