Surrounded by a large garden with a shady pergola, it is special for your afternoon naps or your aperitifs accompanied by the sounds of the sea and the rustle of the Mediterranean vegetation.
... or again, outdoor dinners on the veranda looking at the landscape of the dunes and the sunrise !!

The color tones of the sands of the Chia Dunes and the ranges of blue are the concept of the house.
Comfortable and spacious, fresh and well organized, with an architecture that blends in with the surrounding nature ...
Stone and wood are traditional materials used for houses but, in the interiors, also details in a contemporary key.

The organization of the house is on two levels:
on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a round shower, kitchen, and living area with a sofa bed (which allows you to accommodate two people) and a mezzanine area where a private corner is created with a double bed and a private bathroom overlooking the greenery.

The distribution of the beds allows for different possible arrangements for the guests of the house in respect of its capacities...

The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, 4G wifi, safe also for 15 'laptops. Baby equipment, cot, and high chair are available on request. In the garden, you will find two comfortable sun loungers for your relaxation! The reserved parking space is a few meters away.

Rates include rent, water, electricity, and gas consumption, wifi, reserved parking space inside the park, air conditioning.
The price of the final cleaning includes the weekly supply of household linen (for bed, bathroom, and kitchen) and a starter kit for cleaning (tools and detergent).
