The house is part of a group of 4 villas surrounded by a park of Mediterranean scrub and a huge carpet of green lawn ... which reaches the beach less than 100 meters away.
The large living room leads directly to the veranda overlooking the park, surrounded by fig trees, oleanders and tamarisks with the scent of myrtle and mastic…
The veranda is equipped with a large table, two outdoor armchairs and a very pleasant outdoor shower to cool off when you return from the sea!

The view of the greenery, where you can read lazily, lying on the grass while your children play ... Ideal for families, but also for groups of friends, as a retreat for an artist who is inspired, in the wonderful atmosphere of Chia.
The bedrooms are located on the upper floor with a view from the balcony over the large lawn or towards the Chia tower.
The sleeping area is on the first floor, where there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom

The living area is on the ground floor and hosts:
- the kitchen with sink, fridge, dishwasher. microwave
- the dining-living room with a large table for 8 and a sofa bed
- the veranda equipped with two outdoor armchairs, outdoor table and chairs and outdoor shower
- the bathroom with large shower, sink, toilet, bidet lit and naturally ventilated and laundry area with washing machine.
Equipment for children, cot and high chair are available on request.

The living room is furnished with custom-made Sardinian handcrafted furniture and decorated with the colors and themes of the sea: blue, sand, fish, shells, lamps made in the shape of a boat about to set sail, with a diffused light for pleasant summer evenings!
The brand new bathrooms are made with traditional Sardinian ceramics and the showers are made to measure with natural stone, comfortable and spacious.
The rooms are bright and spacious, each with air conditioning and furnished with the restful colors of the sea, blue, sand, bright white. The details of the curtains and decorations are handmade, with a design that follows the tradition of Sardinian craftsmanship revisited in a contemporary key.
The beach overlooked by the houses has the colors and transparency of the famous sea of ​​Chia ... beautiful in the early morning or in the evening at sunset; long walks towards the tower or the flamingo lagoon, with your feet immersed in the water and the colors and scents of the sea on your face.
Access to the house is from a private driveway with automatic gate and parking space for cars.

Nearby there are between 100m and 2km: markets, pizzerias, restaurants, butchers, local dairy, local fruit, pharmacy:
