The house is built on two levels: on the ground floor a living room which extends into the very comfortable veranda, shaded and equipped with an outdoor table where you can eat all together or enjoy breakfast in front of the greenery!!

One bedroom has a view of the tower, the other two bedrooms overlook the large lawn and the sea!
The two bathrooms have a large stone and crystal shower, sink, toilet, and are naturally lighted and ventilated. Equipment for children, cot and high chair are available on request.
Access to the house is from a private driveway with automatic gate and parking space for cars.

Nearby there are between 100m and 2km: markets, pizzerias, restaurants, butchers, local dairy, local fruit, pharmacy:
-near the house about 100 m. there are the main services, two markets, two pizzerias and restaurants, two bars;
- within a few kilometers the square with shops and evening shows, pharmacy and places for dinner or an aperitif.

At 7 km the village of Domus de Maria with bank, post office and various, agritourism, butcher, beauty center, market, hairdresser...
At 15 km Pula for shopping, museum, Roman amphitheater and archaeological sites, restaurants, ice cream parlors, clubs, post offices, bank...
