A house by the sea, a park and the tower!

A convenient and comfortable holiday home, built in the seventies, with a soul vintage dominated by the skyline of the Chia Tower, one step away from the beach (70 meters) and super spacious!

The house is designed to accommodate families both for the interior spaces, and for the position close to the sea and to that wonderful green carpet, ideal for relaxation, for children to play, even just to be able to rest their gaze.
Guests can enjoy the large private green space available to the houses in the small row of which the house is a part. In the green space there is a corner where families can play football and a corner where is a plant nursery
The house is built on two levels: on the ground floor a living room which extends into the very comfortable veranda, shaded and equipped with an outdoor table where you can eat all together or enjoy breakfast in front of the greenery!! On the veranda there is also a very comfortable outdoor shower, ideal for returning from the sea and cooling off in the open air!

The kitchen open to the living room opens onto the external hallway where the laundry corner is located.

On the ground floor there is one of the two bathrooms which is connected to a service corner where there is a washing machine and cleaning equipment.

Upstairs the second bathroom and the three bedrooms, one family room has a double bed as well as a bunk bed, useful when mom and dad want to have the children in the room, another double bedroom and a third room with a bunk bed . One bedroom has a view of the tower, the other two bedrooms overlook the large lawn and the sea!

Equipment for children, cot and high chair are available on request.
