The view of the greenery, where you can read lazily, lying on the grass while your children play ... Ideal for families, but also for groups of friends, as a retreat for an artist who is inspired, in the wonderful atmosphere of Chia!
The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor with a view from the balcony over the large lawn or towards the Chia tower. Equipment for children, cot and high chair are available on request.

The living room is furnished with custom-made Sardinian handcrafted furniture and decorated with the colors and themes of the sea: corals, sand, woods, lamps made in the shape of corals, with a soft light for pleasant summer evenings!

There are two bathrooms with showers that are made to measure with natural stone, comfortable and spacious.

The bedrooms are bright and spacious, each with air conditioning and furnished in restful neutral tones of beige and pink. The details of the curtains and decorations are handmade, with a design that follows the tradition of Sardinian craftsmanship revisited in a contemporary key.
Upstairs the second bathroom and the three bedrooms, one family room has a double bed as well as a bunk bed, useful when mom and dad want to have the children in the room, another double bedroom and a third room with a bunk bed .The first bedroom has a 160x190 bed + bunk bed, the second bedroom has 1 bed 160x190, the third bedroom has a fixed bunk bed.
One bedroom has a view of the tower, the other two bedrooms overlook the large lawn and the sea!


The beach overlooked by the houses has the colors and transparency of the famous sea of ​​Chia ... beautiful in the early morning or in the evening at sunset; long walks towards the tower or the flamingo lagoon, with your feet immersed in the water and the colors and scents of the sea on your face.

Near the house there are the main services, two markets, two pizzerias and restaurants, a bar. Within a few kilometers the square with shops and evening shows, pharmacy and clubs for dinner or an aperitif.
