A superpanoramic Vacation Home in Chia with a stunning view of the sea and the Tower of Chia.

Access to the Vacation Home is through the veranda from which you can enjoy a unique panorama of the sea, the Tower of Chia reflecting on the lagoon with pink flamingos...!

The house is very close to the sea, approximately 1200 m from the beach, but in a few minutes by car you can reach, along the superpanoramic road, the thousand beaches of Chia, with the most beautiful sea in Italy..!

The houses are well-kept and comfortable, close to the sea, but also to the area of commercial services, shops, and nightlife of the Piazzetta.

The Vacation Home is all on one level.
It can accommodate 6 people (or 7 with a child).
Ideal for a family who loves to be comfortable! Or for multiple families as there is the possibility to book different houses side by side.

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.

In the living area, the equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and microwave, is in a separate room that leads to the spacious panoramic living room (where the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people) and to the equipped veranda for outdoor dining, framed by a wooden pergola and open to the view of the Tower of Chia reflecting on the sea!

At the back of the house, a large rear patio hosts the laundry area.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, 4G wifi, a safe also for a 15'' laptop.
The house has its own reserved parking space and direct access.
Baby equipment, cot, and high chair are available on request.

Rates include overnight stays, water, electricity, wifi, parking space, air conditioning.
The price of the final cleaning includes the weekly supply of household linen (for bed, bath, and kitchen), with delivery and collection at home and a Starter Kit for cleaning the house (tools and detergents).

On request, other apartments can be combined with others of the same type when there are larger groups.

A special service for our customers is the agreement with the Club Nautico, a cozy restaurant and boutique, right next to the beautiful Dune di Chia beach! During the summer period, our customers will be able to enjoy discounts at the restaurant, bistro, and lounge, as well as on purchases in the boutique with the special customer card!
