Sa Tirìa - Villa Sabbia di Chia, vacation house with a spacious garden and breathtaking sea view overlooking the Torre di Chia.

Villa Sabbia di Chia, located in the marvelous South Sardinia, is a charming holiday home boasting a stunning panoramic view and a large garden embracing the beautiful seascape, including the distinctive silhouette of Torre di Chia.

Access to the villa is through the garden and the spacious veranda, from where you can admire a unique view of the sea, with the unmistakable Torre di Chia reflecting in the lagoon where pink flamingos reside.

The holiday home is all on one level and can accommodate up to 6 people, including 5 adults and a child under 12 years old.
Ideal for a family, thanks to the spacious green lawn surrounding it, or for multiple families wishing to book several neighboring houses.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, while in the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and microwave, integrated into one wall of the cozy panoramic living room.
The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 2.

The large furnished veranda offers a delightful space for outdoor dining, surrounded by nature and the breathtaking view of Torre di Chia and the sea.

At the back of the house, there is a patio with a laundry area.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, 4G Wi-Fi connection, a safe suitable for a 15-inch laptop, and reserved parking with direct access.

Upon request, baby equipment such as a crib and high chair are available.

Rates include accommodation, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, parking, and air conditioning.
The final cleaning fee also includes a weekly supply of household linen (bed, bath, and kitchen), with delivery and collection at home, as well as an initial cleaning kit with tools and detergents.

Additional neighboring apartments are available upon request for larger groups.

A special service for our customers is the agreement with the Club Nautico, a cozy restaurant and boutique, right next to the beautiful Dune di Chia beach!
During the summer period, our customers will be able to enjoy discounts at the restaurant, bistro, and lounge, as well as on purchases in the boutique with the special customer card!
