A Holiday Home all on one level, with a spacious terrace covered by a wooden pergola and a superb panorama of the Tower reflecting on the bay and the lagoon!
A comfortable house, with spacious, comfortable, and well-finished rooms, with a terrace where you can enjoy all your moments of relaxation.
The house has two bedrooms with double beds which, if necessary, can be divided into two single beds, a bathroom, and a living room with kitchenette opening onto the superpanoramic veranda, equipped with table and chairs and outdoor armchairs.
Imagine the pleasure, sitting to enjoy an aperitif or dinner outdoors under the wooden pergola, or sunbathing on the solarium of the terrace in perfect tranquility! Or, in the evening, lazily sitting on the armchairs and fantasizing while watching the flights of the pink flamingos in the moonlight, with the tower reflecting on the lagoon! In the morning, upon waking, the blue sky, the sea, and the Tower of Chia dominating the landscape with its unmistakable skyline!
The house has its own parking space and direct access, it is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, microwave oven, 4G wi-fi, safe also for a 15’’ laptop. Baby equipment, cot, and high chair are available on request.
Rates include rent, water, electricity, and gas consumption, wi-fi, reserved parking space, air conditioning. The price of the final cleaning includes the weekly supply of household linen (for bed, bath, and kitchen), with delivery and collection at home and a Starter Kit for cleaning the house (tools and detergents).
A special service for our customers is the agreement with the Club Nautico, a cozy restaurant and boutique, right next to the beautiful Dune di Chia beach! During the summer period, our customers will be able to enjoy discounts at the restaurant, bistro, lounge, as well as on purchases in the boutique with the special customer card!
