The houses are close to the sea (about 1.3 km, a few minutes by car), but also to the commercial services area of ​​the shops, the nightly shows in the Piazzetta, the grass soccer field.

The house can accommodate three people and possibly, in addition, a child. It is ideal for a family with a child, a couple, 2 or 3 friends. The distribution of the beds allows for different possible arrangements for the guests of the house in compliance with its capacities ….

Each unit has a super panoramic terrace equipped with table and chairs for eating al fresco, an independent access, a panoramic living area with sea view and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, hob and microwave oven.
In the living area there is a fireplace, a daybed, a flat-screen TV, as well as a table for lunch.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and private bathroom with bidet, stone super-shower and hairdryer, but there is also a sleeping area on the mezzanine overlooking the living room.


The most pleasant thing about the house is the terrace, equipped for outdoor dining, which overlooks the most beautiful beaches of Chia, enjoying breakfast or sipping an aperitif when returning from the sea!

The house has its own parking space and independent access, it is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, microwave oven, 4G wifi, safe also for 15'' laptops. Equipment for children, cot and high chair are available on request.


Rates include overnight stays, consumption of water, electricity, wifi, parking space, air conditioning.
The price of final cleaning includes the weekly supply of household linen (for bed, bathroom and kitchen), with home delivery and collection, and a Starter Kit for household cleaning (tools and detergents).
