Our holiday homes are nestled in a charming Mediterranean park, where the scents and colors of the vegetation harmoniously blend with the relaxing sounds of the sea.

The Bithia Houses - Chia Dunes are three-room apartments, consisting of a double bedroom and a single bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with kitchen and dining area, and a comfortable sofa bed. Each villa features a veranda overlooking the garden, which offers picturesque views of the Chia dunes, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, morning breakfasts, evening aperitifs with friends, or romantic dinners at sunset!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals comfortably at home.

Each villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 4G Wi-Fi, and a safe, suitable for laptops up to 15 inches. Upon request, baby equipment such as a crib and high chair are available. In the private garden, you'll find two comfortable sun loungers for maximum relaxation during your vacation!

The reserved parking is just a few meters away from the villa.

Our rates include rent, water, electricity, and gas consumption, Wi-Fi, and reserved parking. The final cleaning fee also includes the weekly supply of household linen (bed, bath, and kitchen), with delivery and collection directly at your villa, as well as a starter kit for house cleaning (tools and detergents).

A special service for our customers is the agreement with the Club Nautico, a cozy restaurant and boutique, right next to the beautiful Dune di Chia beach! During the summer period, our customers will be able to enjoy discounts at the restaurant, bistro, and lounge, as well as on purchases in the boutique with the special customer card!
